• Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies (airlines, hotels, operators) and timing.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any documentation required for your destination. We can advise but cannot guarantee entry.

SY Luxury Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transfer companies, and excursion operators. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SY Luxury Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your trip, including delays, injury, illness, loss of property, or force majeure events.

Travelers must respect local laws, suppliers' rules, and fellow guests. We may terminate services without refund for conduct deemed unsafe or unlawful.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to SY Luxury Travel and may not be reproduced without permission.

Itineraries may change due to weather, supplier availability, or safety concerns. We will offer comparable alternatives where possible.

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of our principal place of business.
